Article 9, and passage of the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Modernization Act. He also created and implemented the Young Bankers “Day On The Hill” program and coordinated the TBA BankPac program – the state’s largest PAC.
Prior to his service with the Tennessee Bankers Association, he worked for the Secretary of State’s Library & Archives Division specializing in the areas of legislative research, bill tracking and monitoring.
Mr. Morrison has served and continues to serve on numerous boards including: Hands On Nashville, the Family Center, the Sexual Assault Center, Williamson County Child Advocacy Center, the Nashville Children’s Theater, the Vanderbilt Alumni Association, and the Tennessee Lobbyists Association.
